Ensure the proper management and exploitation of the infrastructure (Servers, Operating Systems, Virtual Systems, application delivery solutions, backup copies and storage). Keeping assets updated, such as applications, inventories, licenses, infrastructure architecture, connections, distribution, and physical location of components. Provide network and telephony management services within the company. Manage incidents in a timely manner. Maintain the integrity of the company's data and information systems.
