Key Roles: • Taking lead in ensure all performance targets for the team are met, and team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills required for them to perform effectively and efficiently. • Managing daily/weekly tasks across the team to ensure data are delivered with quality on a timely manner. • Preparing for Production Plan on each quarter. • Provide weekly Production Report on each team member production performance. • Analyze and identifying gaps and area of improvements in current processes for better efficiency and productivity. • Coordinating between SEA team and CHN Team to ensure data are delivered with quality on a timely manner. • Responsible to do data quality checks to make sure data quality produced by team are as per company defined standards.

Key Roles: • Prepared raw data by extracting desired data from given URL by using Content Grabber (Web Scrapping). • Developed simple HTML code that can help with automating the scraping of online data. • Developed several VBA macros coding that helped to automate some of data production process. • Process, edit, audit, validate, update and maintain data to reflect the correct information in the company’s system. • Keeping an up-to-date report on the retail movement and insight for SEA.
