Description of work and experience gained (Including responsibilities) – Sales and Marketing of Printed & Unprinted Plastic Packaging materials like BOPP, POPP, ALU FOIL, PET, Met CPP, PE, Single Layers, Laminates, Triplets, 4 layers laminates, Bags, Pouches, Butter Foils etc in the markets of UAE with outside/export responsibilities in various countries like Saudi Arabia, Oman, Jordan, Yemen, Sudan, Egypt, Sri Lanka, Kuwait, Qatar, Armenia, Australia etc. Dealing with Multinational companies. Working on Customer satisfaction, calculation and Costs / Price negotiation, Business development in and out of UAE. Managing with Art/Graphics and PPC departments. Making Marketing strategies and implementing them. Markets handled : Gulf, Middle East, Arab League, Sri Lanka, North Africa, Australia and some part of CIS. Other Responsibilities - Also handling PPC (Production Planning and Control) and Art/Graphics Department. Having daily/weekly meetings with Sales Team and Production, Finance, Logistics & Purchase Department Heads. Getting MIS reports, analyzing daily planning, production variances, Raw Material projections, stocks, machine utilization, factory capacity enhancement, cost cutting measures, profit orientation, margin enhancement, wastage reduction etc. Setting Budgets / Targets for existing and consecutive years. Marketing Responsibilities - Arranging and selecting Exhibitions (countries/places), conferences and other events. Team Training, Preparing and Deciding about Promo Materials like Catalogues, Brochures, Gifts & Giveaways etc.
