Founded Exhale to Inhale (ETI), a non-profit organization to bring yoga as a healing resource to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. I developed a strong brand for the organization, recruited key stakeholders including staff, board members, a young professionals board, and a community of volunteers. Through several key corporate sponsors, several annual crowdrise campaigns, and an inaugural gala in 2019, I grew the organization's budget to $500k+. After 4 years on the staff of the organization, I was able to step away from day to day operations and rejoin the Board of Directors.
