Infrastructure, Communications, and Systems IT Manager Head of Service Delivery Reporting to the IT Director, my responsibility is to manage all of Volotea's server infrastructure, communications, and systems. This includes managing on-premises, public cloud infrastructures, and projects related to modernization and migration from on-premises to AWS, automation, and digital transformation. In addition, I manage the communications for all 20 of Volotea's locations throughout Europe and related projects such as the current SDWAN implementation. I am also responsible for managing the User Support Service, which supports over 2000 people (staff and partners).
