Under the responsibility of the International Logistics Director, I managed various projects of change/performance/continuous improvement regarding the company's logistics, and managed 1 assistant. 1. Layout and organisation of the new group central warehouse (12000m2, started operating in february 2012) - follow-up of the construction planning, adaptation of the building plans to logistics needs - improvement of logistics process and design of the logistic flows inside the building - source and supply logistic equipments (including racks) for 400 kE budget - change management with the logistic teams - communication on the project inside the company 2. Outsourcing of the european logistics solution (4 warehouses and 3 brands grouped in 1 place and 1 process) - Bid preparation and management - Specifications preparation - Coordination with IT teams on interface development - Knowledge management with the previous teams and warehouses to ensure a correct transfer on all specificities - Coordination with legal teams on all contract topics - Management of the physical transfers from previous warehouses to the new one - Operationnal follow-up of the subcontractor for 3 months transition after go-live - Bid and decision on the european carriers from this platform 3. E-commerce warehouse transfer (change of location, keeping the same equipments and teams) - Manage and guide the assistant project manager on this project 4. Emergency project : worldwide shipment of the specific Christmas products on a separate logistic flow due to capacity overload of the existing channel (implementation & management of the solution)
