In charge of Digital & Manufacturing Execution System, Factory Automation System & Energy management projects in PHIN - new coffee line project. 1. DMO Digital Manufacturing Operation lead (Nestlé MES based on Wonderware System platform for other digital solutions integration) - Design: URS operation, MES plant model, infrastructure set up (virtual clusters VMware, licensing and OPC connection to PLC) - PLC: data exchange between physical process and MES, interface between DMO and PCS. - SCADA: ArchestrA HMI preparation (Process Order, Batch ID, Lot/Sublot...) and notification - Functional testing without PLC, commissioning with trial POs. - Traceability report development with process and production parameters. - Deploy DMO Performance: DMO automatically captures and statistics the reasons when breakdowns or stoppages and report following KPI. - Deploy DMO Energy 2. Factory Automation System activities: Hardware: - Install new HPE VMWare host to adapt to the current demand of FAS expansion. Software: - Design and build the expansion Wonderware System Platform 2020 servers for new Coffee line processes and new Utility processes (expansion of current utility platform of Tri An Factory) following Nestlé infrastructure design. - Set up and integrate software programs from contractors to new systems. - Server management activities: tuning, patching, upgrading, roles setting, licensing ... - Troubleshooting issues relate to online PLC, remote to Intouch HMI, and SCADA during testing and commissioning phase.
