Accurate phasing with PO and GR management.

- Co-ordination of projects execution (introductions, promotions, changes) with the emphasis on packaging design and materials - Control and execution of selected tasks within packaging projects as part of NPD process including but not limited to: detailed R&D packaging feasibility, printed supplier confirmation requests, artwork briefing preparation, layouts check, data collection for SKU creation - One of R&D contact partners for Graphic Studio, Technical Print, Product Development, Suppliers, Global Supply Chain and markets within responsibility - Set up of GPS / SAP specifications for printed materials

- Responsible for coordinating and delivering high quality & timely market readiness of new product and packaging introductions (NPD), developed globally in accordance with JTI Policies & Procedures. - Working very closely with HQ BGs, Regions, R&D and GSC to ensure timely and effective execution of global initiatives and is acting as the key contact for all NPD related issue - Provides onsite support and facilitate cross-functional collaboration on any project management and PLM system related questions, issues. - Fully manage multi-brand NPD and Innovation projects for markets - Define project schedule, main milestones and follow-up on projects’ execution.

- Over 4 years experience in Tobacco Industry as procurement officer in direct and indirect procurement division - Managing annual spend over $60MM with diverse range of local and global suppliers - Reducing the total number of POs by 63% and the total number of Supplier by 67% through consolidation of spend and creation of supper vendors/suppliers - Achieving the total amount of 4,000,000 USD in savings - Implementing and enforcing the complete P2P process in Factory - Training and enabling the member of Factory procurement team in Rasht - Responsible for Printed, Non-Printed as well as Primary Materials. - Support enhancing and advancing the department's tracking and archiving system resulting in achievement of zero J-SOX failure in 2013 internal audit - Possessing valuable insights,keen analysis and team approach to implement best practices to achieve business excellence
