• Product ownership and product design for two of IQVIA's Big Data Factory products- Big Data Transfer and Big Data Query. Client management, creating Roadmap, Sprint planning and managing backlogs. Big Data Transfer Tool (BDT) is a highly available, secure, and fault tolerant data transfer tool with Restful API support. Big Data Query is a formulizer subcomponent which supports nesting and complex time index queries with implementation of patient hub subcomponent which will allow for all patient activity to be presented to parquet contiguously in a single parquet file. • Program Management for IQVIA’s differentiated mobile security platform AppNucleus •Program Management and Technical Ownership of two of IQVIA's core Big Data Components: Enterprise Data Transfer (EDT) and Data Collection Platform (DCP) including client relationship, deployment and maintenance. •Defining continuous testing strategy for Big Data Testing. •Implementing Continuous Testing with Git-Hub as Code Repo, Bamboo and Jenkins for deployment. Using Big Data Test tools llike ToadHadoop, Mobxstram, Impala, HBase, Spark, Scala, Flume, Cloudera, Sqoop. •Initiating Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS Testing), Data Injection Testing, No-SQL Testing, HIVE/PIG testing using Pig Latin Scripts, HBase Testing as Hadoop testing focal points in Marathon Framework on top of Apache Mesos •Converting QA teams from Waterfall SDLC to Agile Scrum/Continuous Integration. •Providing estimates of testing effort, duration, and team structure. •Defining and rolling out an engagement model for the COE. • Direct management of a team of 8-10 employees & contractors based in the US and a large India based team of about 80 employees and contractors. • Setting the policy, standards, and methodology for software testing. • Ensuring adherence to agreed standards and good practice. • Reporting on the effectiveness of testing for the whole organization. • Identifying improvements to the testing process.
