Managing R&D/Energy facilities engineering team

Responsibilities Managing operation and engineering facilities teams in 850,000sq ft of Applied Materials R&D labs, workspaces, and data centers campuses Establishing and maintaining a safety-first culture by promoting and driving safe work practices, timely training, best practices, and delivering rewards and recognitions to promote safe behavior. Driving performance as measured by Key Performance Indicators Resolving FM issues at sites and using the most advanced continuous improvement systems to improve engineering and maintenance department performance Providing engineering guidance to engineers as needed to ensure operations are aligned with site and portfolio goals and values Developing and managing operating expense budgets for relevant sites, including monthly variance reports Managing purchase order requests for goods and services for sites within responsibility Managing subcontractors and suppliers to deliver goods and services against contracts and expectations Administrating training to ensure compliance, readiness, and competency of staff Driving and promotes safety culture within the portfolio, including subcontractors, suppliers, and visitors Working with Regional teams to oversee the delivery of maintenance and repair services. Acting as point of contact with site occupants, property management/ Landlords to coordinate FM activities. Supporting the Regional Managers in the implementation of short and long-term projects for the client as requested. Assisting in the development and implementation of the annual account plan as identified by the Account Director. Developing a robust collaborative team-based environment. Ensuring compliance with JLL minimum operational audit and safety standards Assisting in the development and management of the detailed, zero-based annual operating budgets

• Leading, coaching and developing an engaged engineering management team that strive to improve their technical and continuous improvement capability. • A key member of the site leadership team to handle risks, issues and maxi-mize opportunities to deliver against the targets and goals. • Reviewing performance and initiating activities within the operational teams and engineering support to improve operations through process KPI’s & op-timization bench-marking. Lead multi-functional teams on new process and plant initiatives to get results. • Champion the process of continuous improvement and developing business cases for funding and detailing implementation plans, with which to guide the management team in delivering initiatives. • Collect and Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and create strat-egy to rectify. • Manage operational and capex costs within budget. • Leading migration from ordinary maintenance systems to use the most ad-vanced CMMS system “SAP MMA”. • Project Leader of SCADA automation systems within processing areas to improve site productivity & cost. • Leader of processing area hygiene transformation project • Managing maintenance of Henkel equipment in 3rd party supplier sites • Support R&D quality, innovation and supply chain teams to deliver the Henkel strategic projects Key Achievements: • Process automation in maxing area to reduce the processing time by 40 min per batch & reduce quality processing deviations by 40%. • Improve the pilot line OEE by 28%

• Leading the projects and CAPEX management teams across all the manufacturing facilities • Contribute in machines and equipment designs to meet agreed user requirements, visit supplier’s facilities to review and follow up ac-tivities progress. • Lead establishing standards that have reduced costs, enhanced e°ciency, improved production methods and simpli˝ed equipment. • Working with Focus Improvement teams to implement principles of Industry 4.0 aspects and projects. • Leading of equipment transfer projects thought the region across Unilever factories • Building and developing a preventive maintenance plan to optimize equipment reliability. Responsibilities: Leading Multi-million $ projects in manufacturing facilities. Lead engineering and operation team in continuous improvements projects to improve production lines OEE, improve machinery and process safety and eliminate quality issues. Manage Opex and Capex spend across all factories. Monitor and analyze machines' performance and lead continuous improvement "TPM" initiatives. Lead the validation and qualitycations of all equipment "new & current."
