AV Solution Key Account Management

State level responsibility for resolving Complex Technical queries and fixes to customer inquiries. Assisting sales team by handling presales activities and technical discussion with clients. Assisting partners in integration of products including switcher/scaler, control processors, touch panels and automation modules. Provide Technical support with issue resolution via Phone/Chat/Email electronic medium. Arranging training sessions for educating partners on hardware/software products. Conduction demo individually or with partner at client site. Find new opportunities across region with Developing & maintaining Relationships with all Partners, Electrical Contractors, and Consultants across region. Handling tier 1 and tier 2 partners across Gujarat & MP. Regular meeting to all the Key personnel to keep mapping of the business/account management. Identifying Potential Partners and develop them technically and giving them support to win against Competition whom can be long term associated SI for Brand. Giving regular presentation to all the partners so they can get update about the company & products.

Managing Gujarat government prestigious project and lead team of 14 people including engineers and technicians. Focused on Project management/ development of ELV system, Screening department (DFMD, BGs, UVSS, Boom Barriers and Bollards) Security department (ACS, PA & ETBS, FAS, BMS and CCTV) AV department (Projector system, SRS, LED screens, Micro-tiles, VC, SIS and AV distribution) IT department (Networking, Data & Wi-Fi) Liaison and proper co-ordination with government officials and IAS officers for process reengineering and understand functional requirement. Preparation of detailed Project report, inspection records, MIS and rendered qualitative presentation on to-be system. Maintenance of the ELV systems as per schedule with troubleshooting. Carry out review meetings with the team regarding action plan for O&M. Manpower allocation and implementation of health & safety requirements. Overall in-charge for prestigious events (Vibrant Gujarat ’15 and ’17) of government of Gujarat by leading 66 people. Site supervision related electrical (HT/LT substation), HVAC and Fire system.

Reviewing project proposal plans and develops project objectives. Preparation of RFP and carryout bid management activities. Determine project responsibility by identifying project phases and elements. Reviewing bid from contractors. Determine project specification by studying project design, customer requirements and performance standards. Completing technical studies and preparing cost estimates. Determine project schedule by studying project plan and specification. Maintain project schedule by monitoring project.

Understanding of microcontroller chip and its functionality related to lift display. Develop, test and document complete embedded system projects. Visual inspection and programming of embedded lift display products. Use of software tools for circuit simulation and determining schematics for prototyping. Ability to build prototypes using electronics tools and soldering ability (mainly involving surface mount components.) Testing, evaluating, modifying and calibrating of electronics products related to elevators (Lift display and Communication products.) Attendance of meeting and presentations.

Analysed Circuit Design, PCB layout in Process of Making Jig for testing various line-driver and line-receiver circuit of LASER cutting machine. Made PCB by the Use of Multisim and Ultiboard. Programing for Microcontroller P89V51RD2 in KEIL Software using C, C++. Interface of LCD and Keypad with Microcontroller. Checking frequency of all directional signals using Digital Oscilloscope. Use of Flash magic software for downloads the program in Microcontroller. Working in team and completing assignments in timely manner. Support, Maintain and document hardware/Software functionality.
