Supplier Production was offline for 9 months and NO Customer shipments were missed. • 2013 thru 2017 - Achieved over $15 million Dollars of YOY PPV savings or 3.1% of free spend. • 2013 to Present – reduced supplier PPM and number of occurrences by over 80%, the past 2 years have achieved single digit external supplier PPM. • Launched an eRFQ software program with all suppliers to streamline the RFQ process. • Hired and trained over 20 Buyers on corporate and purchasing procedures, commodity strategies, and advanced negotiation. • Maintained zero major or minor audit nonconformances for IATF, TS-16949, VDA and all other audits.

During calendar year 2006 I was directly responsible for over 6 million dollars in cost savings. This was achieved through both negotiations and re-sourcing. This is particularly significant due to the fact that C&A was in Chapter 11 Bankruptcy and many vendors had taken a loss due to the bankruptcy.
