Instruct/Teach a variety of fitness classes weekly: Spinning, TRX, Total Body Strength Training, Abdominal and Small Group Training classes. Teaching classes at 6:00am, 6:00pm, on the weekends offers a great way to start or end YOUR day while giving yourself an inspirational workout to create a stronger mind and body week in and week out!
