- Liaise with potential new customers to determine the products that are best suited to their existing and future needs. - Follow up with customers to ensure customers satisfied with MDM product. - Resolve customer issues and address customer concerns proactively for product development. - Follow up with new and existing customers periodically to provide instruction of products; including presenting advantages, on-boarding and enrollment procedures, operation methods, and troubleshooting. - Liaise and communicate with developers to assist with the development of new features and determine future product needs. - Provide product specification sheets, self help articles and software manuals as requested by customers. - Communicate to existing customers the announcement of new products and encourage purchasing. - Provide or organize tech support as requested by customers - Assist in post-sales support and production to ensure that the customer’s needs are met. - Participate in testing and verification of features of product and system.

-Provide instant, consistent and valuable optimizations for clients’ advertisement by understanding their need and remind client of potential opportunities for digital advertisement. -Based on various types of reports, need to study, analyze and provide suitable optimizations for clients. -Assist client to study marketing trends and advise different adjustments for their ad in order to improve ad performance. -Escalate client’s concern to engineering team for system enhancement. -Provide ad optimizations for client based on our analysis of client’s account. -Broad acknowledgment for Bing Ads engine, assist client to solve their inquiry for Bing Ads platform. -Provide timely assistance when consumer rise up the problem and reassure client to understand how to utilize the advantage of Bing Ads platform. -Need to follow up client’s need for increase their satisfaction on Bing Ads Network.

Need to maintain the integrity of database by negotiating with Hong Kong clients and studying their industries. Connect with different resources in order to gain information of various industries. Analyze and organize raw data into useful information for database enhancement. Communicate with client from oversea. Negotiate with them to gain access with different industries in Hong Kong. Compare them with the raw data and update database for better performance.

Need to translate and organize legal documents from English to Chinese for clients. Assist them to understand the content of legal documents in order to accelerate the process of legal cases. Organize and categorize legal documents into digital copies. Assist my colleagues to check up the cases. Need to assist attorney to understand what clients need. Record the conversation between the client and attorney for future reference.

Ability to well organizes legal documents into digital files and archive as a database: including update and maintain the database. Communicate with foreign client through phone in escalating their needs to solicitors for following up the case Assist and record the court meeting between solicitors and the judge as future reference.
