A decision was made in 2017 to move from the high volume, lower value mid market gifting business with mixed channels, to a tech enabled luxury diamond brand with a DTC strategy. On the back of this change we have built on our values of made locally and sustainably to deliver tremendous success including a 5x on our average order value in 5 years.
