Developing and keeping updated technical standards and guidelines for the University estate on all technical issues including but not limited to; condition surveying and appraisal, lifecycle planning and capital replacement programmes, building and building services refurbishment planning and programmes, estate alienation, building and building services design and build technical standards, commissioning, acceptance into service, data management, CAFM systems and estate data management, operational reactive and PPM Statutory and Mandatory Maintenance planning and delivery to recognised industry standards, HSE and contractor management, legal and licensing and issues, service contract specifications, tendering, selection, mobilisation and in-service performance monitoring, etc .
