KLM Ground Services Ltd (KGS Ltd) existed between 1996 and 2009 as a 100% subsidiary of KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, part of the Air France-KLM Group. KGS offered ground handling services to 15 airline customers at London Heathrow and London City airports. On the first of April 2009, KLM Ground Services Ltd merged with Air France Services Ltd and formed Cobalt Ground Solutions Ltd.
