I worked with a big team to organize, plan and execute the conference with great guidance of the Lift as You Rise advisors. In the process of planning and promoting the conference, I have also worked to personally invite some speakers to be a part of the conference. I worked closely with the graphic designing team to approve all visual marketing materials that was posted.
I work with Lift as You Rise to plan, organize and execute conferences on a yearly basis. I assisted the team to prepare email blasts to be sent to organizations, clubs and associations that exist to support young adult's professional growth. Apart from that, I also assisted the team on the day of the event to organize and manage the flow of the event.
