Participate in P test as per the schedule and obtain analytical results within the satisfactory range of Z score. Responsible for performing sample preparation assessment for all new products and raw materials to determine the appropriate diluents and dilutions and update the dilutions in the Nestle Research Center Reference sheet in sharepoint. Responsible for assessing, updating and maintaining competency matrix of the team. Responsible for training the new analyst.
