At MBH I had the opportunity to work with high-end retail clients. I managed projects from conceptual phase to construction completion. I worked directly with clients, consultants, landlords, and general contractors to open projects as scheduled all across the United States and Canada. Projects ranged in scale and scope - from tenant improvements to new construction. My biggest accomplishment with MBH was kicking-off the Tesla team, where I led and trained a team of architectural apprentices and job captains for two years. I worked closely with the client to set project schedules and deliverables. I ensured projects were staffed adequately to meet deadlines. Surveyed prospective sites all over the U.S. Reviewed schematic design packages, landlord approval sets, planning review sets, and permit sets. Coordinated with permit expeditors, MEP, structural, civil engineers, landscape architects, and utility companies as required. I also participated with the roll-out of Buffalo Wild Wings' restaurants in the west coast. Secured permits for several restaurants in California and Washington. Developed planning design review sets, Conditional Use Permit drawing sets, and construction documents. Coordinated with MEP, structural, civil engineers, landscape architects, and kitchen consultants.
