I am managing USAID funded Marketing Innovations for Sustainable Health Development (MISHD) Program implementation and capacity building activities through partners in 77 upazila under 23 district of Bangladesh; As dy. I am responsible to support partnership program in various aspects particularly by developing and activating a group of women entrepreneur branded as Community Sales Agents (CSA) under the Notun Din umbrella. • Oversee MISHD (2.4 million grants/year) project as well as SMC’s own funded and partnership program implementation and budgetary control with capacity building of 166 partner’s staff as well as 1245 community based women entrepreneurs. • Oversee and managed Maternal, Infant and Young Child Nutrition (MIYCN) programme implementation and manage a £2 million grant portfolio and a large implementation team (36 direct staff and 120 community level entrepreneurs) • Mange 3 different types of promotional campaigns; community based folk theatre, group sessions and airing TVC through local cable channel to reach approximately 800,000 participants. • Designed, developed and produced 14 BCC and IEC materials which includes: one TVC, one RDC, one project process documentary (link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4N9IXK307zA&t=117s), one IYCF and Nutrition promotion and awareness raising emotional demonstration video & flash card on folk song based street drama for national and community mobilization campaigns on IYCF and Nutrition. • Project process documentation is one of the areas where I am continuously contributing with other team members of SMC.

We have developed staff capacity building and program implementation operational protocol/guideline for the field staff.
