Responsible for end-to-end hands-on validation of all operations processes. • Responsible for design the Automation for end-to-end validation of all operations processes • Designed and Developed ADA Continues Integration QA Automation Framework and integrated it with the Full CI/CD Pipeline. • Assured ADA Service Reliability by providing monitoring, alerting, unit, regression, performance, security testing to all endpoints of ADA Platform. • Lead the ADA Performance Improvements of all Machine Learning algorithms in V4 and V6. • Work with multiple teams to integrate GitLab CI/CD, TestRail, JIRA to become compliant with Iqvia’s QMS ISO 9001 certificate • Responsible for Initiating and Implementing a Release Management Process • Responsible for validation, testing, and integration of the ADA Platform and Machine Learning Algorithms Code streams. • Responsible for documenting, validating, and handoff to DevOps/ProdOps of the Step by Step run-books regarding ADA Platform Deployment and ADA Platform Disaster recovery in 4 Major Releases Beta, V1, V2, V3, V4, V5, V6. The two teams accepted all run-books as per the project timeline. • Provided numerous of root cause analysis and fixes for issues related to architecture.
