-Serve as a board member for the TOWNS Foundation, an organization dedicated to recognizing and celebrating Filipino women who make significant contributions to the nation's development. -Actively involved in initiatives that support women’s leadership and their contributions to society, particularly through technology and innovation.

-Serve on the Board of Trustees of De La Salle University, contributing to strategic initiatives for academic excellence and sustainable development. -Chair the Pillars Awards 2025 and participate in the SDG City Project, promoting the integration of SDGs in urban development and community welfare.

-Leading special projects focused on inclusive innovation and ethical AI data services. -Mettamatch offers AI data services, including bias mitigation, image/video annotation, and language labeling, helping global clients build AI systems at scale. -Ensure compliance with international data protection regulations and industry standards, including GDPR, PDPA, and the Philippines Data Protection Act.

-Founded and grew a community of over 200,000 Filipino women, providing digital skills training and connecting them to opportunities in the digital economy. -Launched programs like #SheMeansBusiness and Elevate AIDA to empower women through entrepreneurship, freelancing, and remote work. -Advocated for women’s economic empowerment, with a strong focus on helping underserved communities gain access to tech-driven opportunities.

-Mentored community leaders from around the world through Facebook's Community Accelerator Program, focusing on building and growing impactful, community-driven initiatives.

-Played a key role in the #SheMeansBusiness initiative, which trained over 1 million women entrepreneurs across 38 markets. -Focused on empowering women through digital skills and helping them connect with a global network to grow their businesses.

-Co-founded Mettamatch (formerly Connected Women AI) with a vision to empower women through ethical data services for AI. -Spearheaded initiatives like Elevate AIDA and Elevate GAIL, training underserved women for careers in AI and Generative AI. -Developed a proven network of trained talent to support global clients, including data annotation and digital task outsourcing services.

-Founded The Athena Network Singapore and APAC, a platform for female entrepreneurs and executives, providing opportunities for networking, mentoring, and collaboration across industries. -Managed logistics, event execution, and member engagement to grow the network and its impact.

-Previously served as a Mentor and Women’s Register Co-Chair before joining the Board, where I actively supported SCWO, Singapore’s national body of women’s organizations, advocating for equal space, equal voice, and equal worth for women. -Contributed to the planning and execution of various initiatives that promoted gender equality and women’s rights across the nation, collaborating with organizations to enhance the role of women in society and create platforms for networking, education, and mentorship.

-Co-organized the Women Entrepreneurs on the Web (WEOW) initiative in partnership with Google, aimed at helping women entrepreneurs grow their online presence using Google's suite of tools. -Developed and implemented strategies to drive digital transformation for women-led businesses in Singapore.

o-Organizer January 2012 – December 2012 (1 year) -Co-organized the first Women Startup Weekend in Asia, achieving over 60% female participation, providing aspiring entrepreneurs with hands-on startup experience in a three-day program. -This initiative led to the creation of Women’s Startup Conversations, an informal platform to continue the conversation and address barriers to growth and technology adoption by women entrepreneurs in 2013 and 2014.
