Senior Project Administrator/Manager - Construction Management Services Department Reported to EVP of Construction and Start-ups; facilitated the collaboration of team projects consisting of Architects, Interior Designers, Lenders, General Contractors, Consultants, City Officials, Operational Department Heads and Senior Residents. • Create and Process monthly Disbursement Requests for all Tax Exempt Bond funds for all nine projects.
