Spearheaded the growth and development of the Tesla Supercharger, Tesla’s fast-charging network, across Europe. Managed a budget responsibility to define capacity and coverage strategy, set priorities, and manage complex relationships with industry party networks, governments, regulators, and more. Highlights and Accomplishments: • Oversaw organization of 150+ FTEs and led a team of regional leaders responsible for the entire deployment project life cycle, from network planning to construction close-out. • Expanded the fast charging network from 350sites/2,500 posts to 1,000+ sites and 12,000+ posts YTD across 33+ countries, doubling the network each year. • Transformed the business unit from a cost center to a P&L-driven unit, enabling sales, serving all EVs (open network), and improving customer experience and positive operating margin. • Reduced costs by 20%, securing the largest EU subsidy scheme (EUR 150M) granted to a CPO.
Led Partner Marketing initiatives for the EMEA division, managing a team of 10 senior managers across 5 regions to set the strategy for marketing partnerships to bring Netflix to the forefront of the entertainment experience and drive the acquisition of new customers. Highlights and Accomplishments: • Hired and grew a team from 1 to 10 FTEs, initially covering 10 markets to 20+ and launching several new key markets. • Shifted the focus of partner marketing from servicing partners to strategic content-driven partnerships that align partners to Netflix content priorities. • Successfully launched Netflix in new markets incl. As Head of Google Cloud Partners Benelux, I was responsible for building an ecosystem of service partners for Google’s cloud infrastructure offerings and Google SaaS offerings incl. Google Cloud Platform (GCP), G-Suite, Search Appliance, Maps and Chromebooks. Represented the channel in cross-functional sales, marketing, technical support, and business system development planning, I oversaw channel revenue contributions, quality of partnerships, and the mutual success of joint customers. Highlights and Accomplishments: • Named Partner Manager of the Year 2013 (EMEA). • Helped partners grow their Google practice and product portfolio by developing service and marketing programs to consistently meet and exceed partner-sourced metrics. • Secured commitment from 2 large System Integrators for G-Suite, becoming the first EMEA region to sign 10 new Cloud Platform partners. • Recruited and managed partners (SI's, VAR's, etc.) across the entire range of Enterprise offerings. • Developed Google reference architectures and solutions to secure the commitment of partner resources to product sales and implementation for end customers.
