By coating metal products in Aluminum for rust proof/anti-corrosive and conductivity purposes, the need for non-environmentally acceptable plating and coating with Cadmium and Nickel is eliminated. On August 18th, 2015 Cametoid filed a non-provisional utility patent which was granted in January 2018 by the US Patent Office. In July of 2017, Cametoid expanded into IVD Barrel Coating to support companies that manufacture fasteners for the aerospace and other industries. In October of 2018, Cametoid completed its acquisition of Titanium Finishing Company's IVD assets and customers making Cametoid the largest Ion Vapor Distribution (IVD) dedicated company in the United States and Europe.
