ANM at the Behavioral Health Center (PHF/CSP) at Kaiser Santa Clara, a nationally acclaimed psychiatric treatment facility noted for its excellence in the provision of evidence-based clinical treatment for psychiatric disorders, quality awards for its patient-centered care program, and long-term treatment outcomes. This facility consists of a Crisis Stabilization Program and an Acute PHF (Psychiatric Health Facility). In this role I collaborate and inform in all elements of the patient and employee experience as well as staffing management, day-to-day operations, and collaborative treatment planning. At Kaiser, I often work in off-hours requiring a comfort with independence and familiarity with facility policy and procedures. With a long history in operations management and customer service, I am a manager involved in decisions regarding clinical appropriateness of patient presentations, ensuring proper staffing and ensuring sound, policy-based decision-making. This role also includes periodic assistance in AR&L quality audits for Joint Commission surveys and quality metric analysis/tracking.
