In my current role at Tesla, I’ve built and lead a team of multidisciplinary analysts to support Information Security and Tesla’s rapidly scaling global footprint. Areas of focus include prediction/prevention/mitigation of intellectual property loss, insider risk, travel security management, and enterprise risk analysis.

As a prospect analyst for University Development and Alumni Relations, I used data mining, descriptive, and predictive statistical modeling strategies to segment, analyze, and rank prospect pools, and answer specific business questions to create fundraising efficiencies and improve fundraising effectiveness.

I advise and support scaling companies on all aspects data driven growth, including workforce planning, on-boarding, training and development, compensation strategy, systems, and operations.

In my role as SVP for Strategy and Analysis, I led market strategy and organizational analytic efforts for the Premier management team. I provided financial modeling and forecasting, cost and pricing analysis, and market opportunity studies for Premier's executives and department heads, and established and maintained an internal People Analytics program to optimize hiring, retention and workforce management for Premier's People Operations team.

As SVP for Direct Hire, I led a 20-producer sales organization with a focus on data-driven sales and management. Under my management, DH revenue grew 18%, and division profitability improved by 200%. I served as reporting and data subject matter expert for Salesforce and Jobscience CRM systems; I integrated CRM data analysis into sales workflows, shortening sales cycles, improving conversion ratios, and driving growth.

As a Targeting Analyst at the Central Intelligence Agency, I used unique data sets, specialized tools, and network analysis techniques to identify and analyze key threats to the US, identify opportunities to disrupt them, and evaluate the risks and benefits of proposed operations.

The Stimson Center stands apart from others in Washington, delivering pragmatic policy solutions on the major transnational dangers of our day. On conflict, climate, weapons, and beyond, Stimson seeks nonpartisan results that will work in 2015 and in the years to come. The Center’s research and analysis focus on: Reducing nuclear, environmental and other transnational threats to global, regional, and national security. Enhancing policymakers’ and the public’s understanding of the changing global security agenda. Engaging civil society and industry in problem-solving to help fill gaps in existing governance structures. Stimson develops innovative approaches to cross-border challenges such as water management, environmental crime, and responses to humanitarian crises. At the same time, the Center plays a key role in debates on nuclear proliferation, arms trafficking, defense policy, and on regional hotspots. Our results speak for themselves. The MacArthur Foundation recognized Stimson with its “institutional genius” Award for Creative and Effective Institutions. As part of the Clinton Global Initiative, Stimson is creating new tools to enhance security in Africa. The Center is ranked as one of the top 25 think tanks in the United States by the Global Go To Think Tank Index at the University of Pennsylvania. We are working to secure peaceful outcomes in an unstable world.

What began as an entry-level role evolve into managing a two-person team and an annual budget of 2.5 million dollars. As a player-coach, I developed and expanded a client base encompassing a variety of San Francisco firms, including large investment banks, mid-sized brick-and-mortar firms, and small software start-ups, and managed and maintained a staffing portfolio of more than 200 candidates.
