Worked with Professor Pearl Sims in leading 20 undergraduate students through a complex project management simulation developed by Harvard Business School. After leading students through the simulation, I was responsible to assist the professor in analyzing the results of the simulation both quantitatively and qualitatively to understand the impact of the simulation on students' learning. The results of the impact study are used to determine further use of such simulations in teaching undergraduate Human and Organization Development (HOD) students.
