My main achievements were: - Headed the development of PagSeguro, the leading payment solution provider in Brazil, scaling up processes and growing the development team by 10 times. - Managed the development of Shopping UOL comparison shopping and TodaOferta marketplace from inception to operation. - Led the reconstruction of UOL Cliques and UOL Afiliados advertisement platforms. - Acted as strong advocate and early adopter of agile practices, culminating in the widespread adoption of Scrum - and, later on, Kanban and Lean - in the whole R&D department. - Managed the UOL Bolsa Pesquisa program, giving grants to university students and teachers who research topics related to the internet in areas such as Social Communications, Computer Science, Law, among others. Managed the grant funds, led the project selection process, advised students and teachers on applying their research.
