- Visionary leadership - Motivation of employees, partners and corporate members - Management of the organization and delegation of tasks - Negotiation with partners and stakeholders - Presentation of CSR Ukraine at various events - Financial management, developing of set of corporate policies - Planning and forecasting - Analytical work for survey findings; - Annual salary review, Performance management and appraisal; - Internal and external trainings; - Advocacy campaigns; Main achievements: - The CSR Ukraine budget has been increased by 5 times and number of employees has increased by 3 times; - The corporate members' number increased by 2,5 times (currently 40 corporate members), among which there are: Coca Cola, EY, Deloitte, PUMB, Carlsberg Ukraine, IDS Borjomi, Infopulse, Softserve, etc. - CSR Ukraine joined CSR Europe, the biggest European network of CSR-focussed organizations and companies; - Academic Director and Lecturer for CSR Academy, a professional course for CSR managers (CSR Centre program); - Speaker at various international events in Washington, Vilnius, Astana, Alma-Aty, Chisinau, Bucharest, Istanbul, Vienna, Geneva, London, Bratislava. - Adoption of Presidential Decree on necessity of CSR Strategy adoption which I lobbied for 3 years (was a secretary for National Consultative Council to develop CSR strategy, and a co-author of National CSR strategy draft (Ukraine); - Working with Ministry of Economic Development and Trade on OECD Guidelines for Multinational companies - Launched in partnership with UNFPA Declaration with Business on Gender Equality and Gender-Based Violence
