Managing a highly skilled team of design and manufacturing engineers in battery sub-component and battery electrode manufacturing where our primary role is to take component parts and novel processes/equipment from initial concept to high volume for world-wide operations. Projects have included battery pack and high voltage transfer components, as well as numerous battery cell manufacturing efforts from sub-components (foil, collector, can-end,) to full manufacturing line efforts from foil coating, dry electrode calendering, and slitting. Processes span a wide variety of disciplines including CAB brazing, leak test, injection molding, dispense, stamping/forming, CNC bending, swaging, powder coating, continuous motion automation, hipot testing, and foil printing.
