Performed financial, legal and environmental analysis in El Salvador to support multi-million dollar lending program to expand San Salvador's water supply. Key Accomplishments: Completed in country field site work on all existing water resources in El Salvador. Developed Net Present Value Analysis for proper sequencing of water projects over a multi-year horizon. Recommended use of local cement factories versus importation of steel ductile pipe to conserve foreign exchange and utilize more appropriate local technology. Advised and obtained expansion financing for ANDA, San Salvador's water company from the IDB.
