Michal Rafalski

Currently, I am representing IQVIA in Novartis as Product Owner, Team Leader and Senior Full-stack Developer with more than 10 years of experience. I am responsible for managing 5 projects, leading project leaders and supporting developers with building applications with modern web technologies like React / Redux, Ionic, Node, Express.js, BullMQ, TypeORM, ES6 and Typescript. As the product owner, my goal is to organize an efficient workflow to deliver products to the customers in the shortest possible time and the best quality. I specialize in organing teamwork, collecting requirements of the product, planning application structure before development starts, assigning tasks and reviewing progress. I am using SCRUM/Agile methodology and organising many meetings with coworkers to support them, advice in difficult situations, and use my soft skill to keep the team working in a healthy atmosphere. As an experienced senior developer, I like to also take part in implementing challenging parts of the applications. I regularly update my knowledge about programming and share it on a public forum, especially about using TypeScript and JavaScript in front-end and back-end applications. I am ambitious and a hard worker, who likes to exchange work experience with colleagues.
