Managed planners from the Joint Venture partners (team of 6) to establish a design procurement and construction schedule proposal for a 6 Billion dollar chemical complex in Ohio for PTTGC. JV partners included multinational companies in France and Korea.
Built and maintained P6 schedules for a Propylene plant, along with schedule basis for a Chemical Plant for 4 million effective construction hours, project was direct hire supervision, working directly with construction (field managers) superintendents. • Reviewed construction plans sequence and interfaces to reduce congestion and to increase performance rate by 10%. • Guided interactive planning sessions in order to gain alignment between superintendents and to create clarity about path forward. • Controlled direct engagements with clients and operations to build trust and relationship by being transparent and effective.

- Assisted in development of Detailed Engineering, Procurement and Construction P3/P6 Schedules for a Gas Development Plant as a deliverable for the FEED portion of the project (Abu Dhabi). The Plant (when completed) will process 1000 MMSCFD of sour feed gas, will have one of the biggest sulfur plants in the world, will have the longest sulfur pipeline in the world, and consists of over 1,500 Mechanical equipment tags. - Worked on 10 Different Primavera (P3) Schedules, worked on layouts for milestones, summary and Critical Paths schedules and risk analysis using Premaster/Monte Carlo. Resource loaded and developed manpower and progress curves - Participated in multiple interactive planning sessions with Project Management, Construction, and Engineering disciplines.
- Supported Alliance for multi-site refinery upgrades and build new projects. Developed project Engineering (EPC), Turnaround, Estimate / Proposal and Special Requirements P3/P6 schedules.
