Project: Document Processing Virtual Assistant(DPVA) -- Maintained a platform called DPVA which can perform skills of reading and comprehending documents, including File Intake, OCR, Document Classification, Entity Extraction Classification orchestrated through multi-level workflows(SWF) -- Built continuous integration pipeline with Jenkins, github, S3, API Gateway and Cloudformation, which enables flows and deployment of artifacts through different stages and Agile process (Development, Test, Exploratory and Production). -- Created Intelligent Algorithm which extracts Loan Number from the Document based on Weka J48 model classifier with accuracy rate of 88% and PPV 62%. Created a Web service on an EC2 instance called “Extract Loan Number” which implements above algorithm using spring framework, apache CXF servlet, and followed Microservices architechture. -- Created multiple lambda services including “Split File Into Documents” which splits a single file into multiple documents based on splitting rules. Created lambda service “Capture Operator Correction” which captures UI input, merges it with original data and persists into s3. Each service is accessible through API gateway end point. -- Modified and improved work pattern “Document Workflow Manager”, which interacted with UI and included four end points: get, submit, cancel and escalate, persisted meta data into dynamoDB, persisted JSON format data into corresponding review file/document queues and S3 folders.
