Model 3 and Model Y Seats

• Managed the retrofit project for model 3 launch event. Worked as single point of contact across engineering, quality, service and production to prepare the cars for the model 3 launch event. • Managing the Night shift for Model S/X being a single point of contact for solving any issues related to engineering, quality and new product trials/introduction during the night shift. • Prepared and worked as the single point of contact for the second shift during program launches such as P100D transition, MCU transition, graphite transition, vegan seats and race track changes. • Coordinated with supply chain, production, quality, end of the line, process, planning and control for event-free and effective program/project launches.

• Worked on implementation of Industry 4.0 (Pick to Light) project throughout the general assembly, integrating IoT’s with production line and internal supply chain to improve the efficiency of the material pull signal from customer to supplier. • Achieved 40% reduction in inventory after implementing Plan for Each Part (PFEP) for T0.5 parts. • Conducted time and motion studies and developed man machine charts for the kitting line resulting in single piece material flow and 2 manpower reduction per day.

• Worked on Six Sigma Project to reduce CN Rejections where regular tracking of CN rejections of GE and GDC, Involving completely in segregating the CN rejections according to their root causes, Support the team in data analysis. • Track & provide Monthly summary on First Pass Yield (FPY),Design Metrics Review, Defects per Release and Unit (DPR and DPU), Total Containment and Phase Containment Effectiveness (TCE and PCE) calculations. Tracking of Internal Rejection(ITR), Developing and tracking of Actions plans for CN Rejections, FPY and Software defects. Developed corrective actions for the same.

Worked on PLM project.

Worked towards the optimization of routes followed by the vehicles covering around 1000 schools across Bangalore as a part of mid-day meal program.
