I led the Insights and Data Strategy functions at CarTrawler. (Analytics Employer of the Year 2022 and Analytics Team of the Year 2021). Personally, I was inducted as a fellow of the Analytics Institute of Ireland in 2020. Our team has delivered a wide slate of analytics products within CarTrawler. We partnered with colleagues in other functions to deliver analytics that enable very visible improvements in SORT/Recommendations, Car Pricing, Insurance Pricing, Claims Cost management, Fraud risk detection, Demand quality assessment and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT/NPS) We also manage one of Europe's most advanced data warehouses using Snowflake and Airflow. And we have built a scaleable MLOps environment on AWS (custom, not Sagemaker) to deliver python models directly to production. We call it ACDC. We also have a large automated reporting pipeline delivering Tableau performance and financial dashboards internally and externally. We're working on a web-analytics product based on SnowPlow and we have a full MVT testing discipline for A/B (and full multivariate) testing. ...and still more innovations in R&D phases.
