• Created a full Capital Campaign Development Plan to map out the building of a new facility for EOBA. • Drafted individual business plans for the launch of multiple revenue streams. The new facility would double operating expenses, meaning the organization would need to double their yearly donations. Thus, we needed to ensure that the organization would have a sustainable future going forward. I analyzed the current program offerings, the local competition for resources, and the demographics – then developed profitable revenue streams that would lower the yearly need for donation funding. By performing feasibility studies on each potential revenue stream, we were able to pinpoint the business models that would work best for EOBA. Resolving the need for increased donations was the biggest concern. I was able to write a Capital Campaign Development Plan that included business plans for each revenue stream that would be launched once the new facility was built.
Co-founded a recreational adult dodgeball league (RAD League) in Oakland with two other partners. This was a passion project that merged my love of sport and entrepreneurial spirit.
