• Manage the Incident Management process ensuring critical and high priority incidents are addressed in a timely fashion, and global communications are sent to all IT personnel and impacted Business Unit managers. • Responsible for all devices located in the company’s data centers to include maintaining accurate inventory records and managing data center co-lo facility vendors. • Managed the IT Helpdesk responsible for providing level 1 support to all company employees. • Managed Software Compliance group which performed year-round true-ups to ensure the company was in compliance with its software license agreements, and tracked the installation of unauthorized software. • Single point-of-contact for all regulatory-related activities including internal/external audits. • Responsible for IT policies and procedures. • Managed IT Operations Finance group which consisted of providing spend vs. budget variance analysis, developing and implementing chargeback models, and assisting managers with ad-hoc requests. • Developed management presentations used to report on the status of the department to both senior-level executives and the Board of Directors. • Single point-of-contact for Vendor Contracts which included setting up and monitoring a process to ensure all contracts are reviewed prior to expiration by all IT managers. • Managed group of up to 20 onshore and offshore resources.
