Reached first year target within two month. Overachieved target customer loyalty metrics (order frequency, wallet size, cross-sell). ● Conceptualized LiveUp as a digital lifestyle program with stand-alone brand and multi-platform benefits. Created LiveUp brand & identity, launch campaign. ● Defined LiveUp partnership value proposition. Negotiated and closed unique marquee partnerships with Netflix and Uber (including commercial, technical, and fiscal terms). ● Mobilized and managed product and tech teams building LiveUp MVP, new features in Alibaba Group platforms, and cross-platform integrations.
Lazada Express (LEX) is Lazada’s in-house logistics provider, providing first-to-last mile services (parcel collection, sortation, delivery, cash-on-delivery payments). ● General management for six country organization and full P&L accountability for USD XX mln business. ● Scaled delivery network to multiple 1000s of headcount and 100s of facilities, handling XX mln parcels and USD XXX mln physical cash-on-delivery on annual basis. ● Build high performing management team rooted in local industry talent, with low single digit attrition and employee NPS double digits above group average. ● Attained financial breakeven ahead of plan despite aggressive investment to sustain triple digit growth. ● Outperformed third party last mile logistics providers on relevant quality metrics (delivery lead time, customer NPS, delivery success rate). ● Secured authority to operate in 6 markets, through license applications and local (J/V) partnerships. In its press release announcing Lazada Group acquisition, Alibaba Group recognized this 'locally tailored capability in last-mile delivery’ as ‘unique solution for global brands and distributors wanting to enter this rapidly growing region’.
