• Support quality assurance and scale-up of C3’s PRI model in Bihar and other states on accountable and gender-responsive local governance through developing program ideas based on PRI role in health, nutrition, GBV, and other issues that need convergence • Track policy developments (national, Bihar, and other C3 states) on RMNCH, Nutrition, Youth, and related topics, to develop updates and linkages with ongoing programs, design models, and leverage opportunities for C3 projects within these policy developments • Support coordination with relevant government departments and other stakeholders for engagement on scale-up of C3 efforts on PRI, RMCNH, and Nutrition • Lead C3’s Bihar based training and capacity building efforts for PRI and other projects by ensuring quality, developing innovative processes for tracking quality, ensure production of training modules and AV materials • Support the state head with technical and operational support inputs for the effective implementation of all projects in the state office, develop plans (DIP) for all Bihar state office projects with the support of the project team • Lead on project documentation efforts of Bihar state, including review of reports, desk research for new proposals, innovative presentations, briefing notes, etc. • Roll-out capacity-building strategy for project staff that prioritizes and enables staff to develop an understanding of project according to agreed results
