We currently focus on developing a scalable and dynamic modern data platform that can be deployed to multiple customer environments with no/minimal manual involvement. Some of the key activities that we are focusing on : • Prepare analytical reports for our product platform to provide insights based on the vast amount of event data collected by our product via web and mobile platforms. • Embedded reports prepared using AWS Quicksight delivered to customers using the web platform • Moving data from real time sources to Reporting DB with an automated data pipeline to handle structured and semi structured data. We leverage AWS Redshift, S3, Athena, Managed Airflow, DBT etc. to handle the data pipeline. Custom python modules are also built for data observability. Data is sourced for RDS, Dynamo DB, Redis and event streams including Apache Pulsar and Kinesis. • Offload dimensional data to data lake for advanced analytics and machine learning use cases. • Log analytics of automated testing framework using ELK stack. • Integrate data from external sources with our reporting data and transform to meet custom data demands.
