Leading Tesla Energy's Power Systems and Utility Interconnection Team. Our team is responsible for the following: 1. Develop Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) power systems steady state, fault, dynamics and transient models in different software platforms like PSCAD, PSSE, Power Factory, PSLF, ASPEN and others 2. Work closely with product teams to ensure the models correctly reflect the product and ensure that product has all the functions/capabilities to meet the grid codes 3. Help customers worldwide on BESS interconnection modelling and studies to meet the grid code requirements 4. Perform in-house interconnection studies for both grid connected and off grid applications 5. Solve other power system related issues and support Energy Project's team with various power system analysis 6. Participate in the technical standards (like IEEE and NERC) development process related to Inverter Based Resources (IBR) performance, capability, and interconnection 7.
