No problem, working one to one, this individual coaching will enable you to - Enhance your strengths; Develop your skills and get your goals ‘on track’; Develop the vision you want for your future; Build confidence and resilience; and, Move forward with purpose. ❖ Social + Emotional Intelligence Profile (SEIP): The SEIP® provides immediate insights into your strengths and ensures you target the most important development needs across your social and emotional intelligence (SEI) first. ❖ Social and Emotional Intelligence Profile (SEIP)® 360 Degree Version: The SEIP® 360-degree version contains all the benefits of the individual SEIP and more. This profile additionally includes responses from up to 100 other people (who you may work with or who know you) to give you a full 360 degree feedback.
