• Liaise with custodians and external administrators to validate NAVs, stock positions, and cash balances, in addition to reconciling accounts in order to ensure correct and timely settlements. • Liaise with the external asset manager Wafra Capital Partners in the execution of Capital Calls, Drawdowns and Income Distributions for all closed-ended Real Estate and Leasing funds. • Liaise with the operations department for GL opening, reconciliation of subscription amounts, sales commissions, distributions, wiring instructions and blocking of holdings. • Liaise with the Finance department for processing of fund fees, accruals, fund financials, corporate actions and Annual General Meeting decisions. • Liaise with NBKC finance, Structured Investment and Advisory Department and the external administrator (Alter Domus), to manage real estate deals by notifying clients, following up on a/p and a/r, distribution of quarterly income and capital repayments, bookkeeping, and reviewing projects' performance reports. • Handle the process of obtaining regulatory approvals for new products and on the amendment of existing products; liaised with the Central Bank of Kuwait (“CBK”), Capital Market Authority (“CMA”) and Central Bank of Bahrain in reviewing the offering material, related agreements. The legal agreements/documents of these activities are done in coordination with the legal and compliance department. • Handle all the regulatory matters linked to CMA bylaws for NBKC local Funds as well as the regulatory reporting through Boursa Kuwait portal in terms of Fund monthly disclosures, quarterly reviewed financials and annual audited financials, as well as the monthly financial information sent directly to CMA. • Liaise with the lawyers (MAPLES GROUP) in the Cayman Islands for orderly dissolution of Fund Companies. • Timely reporting in accordance with the Kuwait CMA's, Boursa Kuwait's, Bahrain National Bureau of Revenue's, and Cayman Islands Monetary Authority's requirements
