Responsible for managing revenues in excess of $100m per annum whilst growing market share by 5% points through 2017 – ISC . Management of local commercial, field sales, strategy and marketing teams through territory distributor with full P&L / Budget / Commercial responsibility (India, Sri Lanka & Kingdom of Saudi Arabia). A key focus on maintaining existing book of business alongside acquisition of new OTA business including successful conversions of travel agency customers to Travelport smartpoint. Management of key LCC airline relationships for the South Asia subscriber base along with APAC colleagues.

Enhanced revenue by 38% year over year and reduced cost of sale for airline partners through the design, recommendation & implementation of process changes.
Grew UK network revenues by 12% year over year through strategy change, implementation of new channels and revision to pricing strategy. Implemented staff redundancy program and outsourcing of all UK commercial activity, resulting in cost savings of over 70% across entire business as well as improved efficiency. Spearheaded relocation of UK commercial office with zero business impact due to careful planning and collaboration with relevant department heads. Oversaw all GF UK activity including management of network revenues totaling 50 million USD annually. Implemented budget for sales division and trade incentives related to portfolio size ensuring higher efficiency and lower costs.
Achieved average yield increases of 12% for airline partners. Consulted for new and existing global airline partners in sales, distribution, systems implementation / development and pricing & revenue management. Enhanced revenue and reduced cost through globalizing business by opening up sales from global markets around the world. Launched global awareness campaign in collaboration with marketing and account management.
Set up sales, distribution and revenue monitoring processes throughout UK/EU as well as BSP / appointed GSA’s in 11 EU markets.
