• Landa Digital Printing, owned by Benny Landa, operating in the printing industry and developing a complex multidisciplinary line of products/presses that is revolutionizing this industry. • Forming a new group of account and technical managers part of the Product Strategy group • Managing customer's programs from early customer engagement throughout the pre-installation, installation and ramp-up processes. • Managing all business, technical, operational and technology-related aspects. • Ensuring for each new customer a successful product deployment and making sure customer satisfaction (TCE) remains high through the entire period of deployment. • Keeping clear and regular communication with Landa's customer and doing rapid escalation of key bottlenecks and challenges.

• Direct management of multiple development teams, integration team, QA team and outsource contractors. • Additionally, managed a development department at Istanbul, Turkey (Orpak's subsidiary). • Responsible for the SW development of all Orpak's products, including Automatic Control of Fuel Stations, Automatic Identification of various payment methods, Fleets Control Systems and Convenient Store Management Systems. • Direct involvement in the design, analysis and definitions of Orpak's products. • As part of my responsibilities I oversaw the recruiting and training of new development teams, setting development objectives, dealing with administration issues such as appraisal talks, salary, benefits, recruitment and job offers. • Main technologies and methodologies: Multi-platform coding and development, C#, C++, C, Delphi, Web Servers, Web Services, Web Forms, Web Reports, .NET, Embedded PCs, Win XP, Linux, Win CE, Embedded XP, MS-SQL Server, MS-SQL Express, SQLite, Firebird.

• Managing a large software project that at its peak included over 50 developers. • Additionally, managed directly a software group including several teams. • Managing all software activities in the software project which served as a platform for next generation products of Applied Materials Israel (CD and DR). • Oversaw the software design, system architecture, implementation and product quality. • Working with Chinese speaking customers in a complicated business and physical environment. • Addressing and solving complex application problems. • Gathering customer's requests and translating them into well-defined development requirements. • Leading Betas, Pilots and new versions assimilation at the field. • Working closely with Orbotech's sales team and giving the needed pre-sale and post-sale support.
