Crossover Paranormal was created as a no-charge venture to help residents get rid of any unwanted paranormal guests they may have in their home. My team and I use the evidence from the investigations in our soon to be released paranormal episodes which will be available on multiple social media sites and networks. Duties entail: Administer daily operations, engage with team members to coordinate workflow, assign tasks, and resolve issues. Perform all updates on social media accounts and website, as needed. Interview potential clients to ascertain needs and schedule times to meet for walk-throughs and investigations. Structure schedules and assigned apt team members to various projects. Spearhead purchasing all team merchandise with vendors. Initiated business structure. Recruited team members. Designed all necessary forms, waivers, and client assumption of risk documents. Developed VOIP phone system including flow control of incoming calls, mailboxes, messages, ring groups, and IVR's. Created and developed social media accounts and websites. Conduct all initial client interviews.
