Sara Wikstrom's current jobs
Tesla accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy. As Project Developer I explore the market, search for suitable Supercharger sites and manage the pipeline of charging projects, that will serve current and future customers primarily in Finland, and in close cooperation with the other Nordic countries. I develop, refine and negotiate proposals with property owners, grid operators, governmental bodies and other key stakeholders; with a main goal of finding the best sites, solutions and close deals. I work closely with internal and external stakeholders to improve our first-class customer experience, cost efficiency and timelines of our projects. My personal goal is that the Supercharging network in Finland should not be an excuse for not buying a Tesla.

According to industry statistics Finland will have a shortage of 15 000 people with the right IT-skills by 2020. Traditional education institutes have struggled to solve this widening skills gap and that is why we have started Academy, a school providing Accelerated Learning Programs. We are building the skills that the industry needs while boosting careers of truly ambitious people. My role as an Academy Recruiter is to find the right talents for our programs and during the program support them and match these future developers with our clients. I was also part of the project group which brought this concept from Sweden to Finland. Read more (in Finnish): www.academy.fi

Working at different events, such as festivals and concerts as a sales promoter. Usually there would always be a sales goal, so this job thought me a lot about sales and brought up a goal-oriented side of myself.
